1) 1 month deposit required and monthly payment shall be paid upfront when get the contract 2) Deposit the electricity and water bill 10,000 THB for apartment and 20,000 THB for Villas. 3) Electricity will be charged 7 THB. per unit (VAT 7% not included)
4) Water will be charged 50 THB. per unit. (VAT 7% not included)
5) Free in room Wifi
6) Housekeeping service once a week included fresh bed linen and towel. 7) Gardening service once a week (Pool Villa)
8) Villa pool service twice a week (Pool Villa)
