Bus to Maynooth University and Adamstown Train Station is 20 min walk from the house and nearest Lidl is only 3 min walk. Nearest Tesco & Aldi is also 15 min walk. Bedroom has en-suite bathroom and a SuperKing size bed with brand new top quality mattress, fitted wardrobes. It is fully equipped to provide maximum comfort & relief to tenant. It has mini Fridge (with freezer), Toaster, Kettle, microwave and working station with monitor & keyboard etc. One car parking space is also available. Room is available immediately for at least 4-weeks with possible extension on mutual agreement. We are a family of 4 person (2 kids) and the owner as well as your host. One girls into teens and a 5 years old boy. Both parents are working on hybrid model, like 2 days father goes to work and 2 days mother. So there is always an elder at home. Our preference is to have a female student tenant.
