Hello! This is a large room for one or two females in a prime Dublin location, next to UCD! It is available only until Christmas so would suit Erasmus students looking for one semester, or relocating. All bills are included. Bedding and towels are provided. My home is a very short walk to UCD and just a couple of minutes to the bus stop with very frequent short bus rides to the city. It is possible to walk to the city in 35 minutes or cycle in less than 15. A 24 hour direct airport coach goes by my home. Kitchen access is available in the morning before 9.30am, and evenings between 5 and 8pm. Shared bathroom. This home stay suits students or interns/. Not suitable for holidays or those working from home. 12 minutes' walk to UCD, Tesco supermarket, and St Vincent's Hospital. Bike storage available. Free parking if you have a car. Must like dogs! After booking, a 300 euro deposit per person should be paid via Revolut or Paypal. This will be returned to you when leaving, if no damage has occurred. The rent is to be paid on day of arrival. single - Single room for female (small double bed) in family home. We have a friendly dog, so must like dogs! We live right next to UCD and 24 hour bus stop to the city and airport. Twin - Private twin room. It can be booked for one or two females. Suitable for students, Erasmus students, interns, professionals. Not suitable for holiday accommodation. Very comfortable.
