Walking distance from Greenlane School and Belgrove St.John The Baptist Schools, Clontarf Orthopedic Hospital and CRC. FEMALES ONLY PLEASE. AVAILABLITY VARIES ACCORDING TO THE ROOM. Located in a beautiful and safe area, with great amenities: St Annes Park, Dollymount Beach, Bull Island Nature Reserve and seafront promenade, close to city center with direct bus route (130 route which takes about 15 minutes to city centre), Dart train, excellent connection to Luas lines, walking distance to supermarkets, other shops, cafes and restaurants. Direct bus route to DCU (1 minute walk from house). WIFI. Quiet houses, so if you are looking for big interaction with room mates, this would not be for you. Though obviously you have access to all the common spaces, kitchen, bathroom and gardens. For security reasons and in case of emergency, a copy of your passport is required.
