Sligo
Curry is a rural locality in south-east County Sligo, within the F91 routing area and close to the towns and villages of Charlestown, Tubbercurry, Aclare, Doocastle and Cloonacool. The area is associated with dispersed countryside settlement, farming and access to services in nearby towns. Tubbercurry and Charlestown provide the principal day-to-day facilities, while larger regional centres are reachable by road.
Area character
Rural, community-oriented and predominantly agricultural, with scattered homes, farmland and a quiet countryside setting.
