This is a 243 hectare block mainly planted in forestry, a net stocked area of 235.2 hectares which was planted in 2020. 175 hectares is planted in Pinus Radiata and 59.8 hectares are planted in Douglas Fir. A total of 150 hectares are in the ETS, being 90.7 hectares of Pine and the 59.8 hectares of Douglas Fir, all under the stock change scheme. The land varies from easy rolling to steeper hill and is a mix of Class 4 and Class 6.There are already internal roads established in the forestry along with a water dam with access for helicopter monsoon bucket in case of fire fighting.The property is situated approximately 93 km from the Port of Otago and 32 km from the Craig Pine and Pan Pac mills at Milburn.
