Note: There is a charge of Â£40 per pet at this property, with the cottage having a Good Housekeeping bond of Â£400 please be aware that if you bring a dog and do not clear up after them in the house or the garden, then you will be charged clean up fees from the bond. Note: Please do not let dogs upstairs, in the bedrooms, or on soft furnishings. Note: No hen/stag or similar. Note: Parking is available for 2 cars at the top of the drive in the clearly allocated spaces. Further parking is available at Crantock Village Hall by paying for a weekly permit.
